The restaurant actually has their own boat called "The Brasserie Catch", which you might see on it's way out through Seven Mile Beach heading to their secret fishing spot. Sample pairings of the freshest island vegetables and fruits picked straight from their own garden as well as some of the islands most passionate small farmers. You might find things on their menu like locally grown and roasted suckling pig, Wahoo with breadfruit salad and local pepper sauce, Satin Snapper ceviche with their special spices, house made ice creams and sorbets from tree ripened tropical fruit.

  Their menu is very approachable with lots of sampling style options where you can come by and have a small salad and a glass of wine or share tapas with your friends as you indulge in interesting seasonal cocktails like kumquat or mango mojitos, spicy passion fruit martinis, or refreshing Cayman lime caipirinhas.

  The restaurant also has the elegance to celebrate a special occasion with a sumptuous tasting menu paired with specially chosen wines recommended by the in-house sommelier.

  The restaurant's ambience is stylish plantation colonial, with ceiling fans paddling the air, pleasing music wafting in the distance as the scent of delicious culinary creations fill the air. The staff finishes off the elegant touches as they deliver smooth, knowledgeable, and discreet service in a way that is warm and welcoming.

  The Brasserie caters mainly to the resident corporate clientele and the foodies in the know. With the brand new state of the art exhibition kitchen that is rivaled by no other on the island, 1600 plus bottle wine room, an extensive vegetable garden and private fishing boat "The Brasserie Catch", this restaurant truly is one of the island's secret pleasures.

  The Brasserie Market is located adjacent to The Brasserie Restaurant offering casual take-out, dine-in or delivery cafe style breakfast and lunch.
